OUR REAL WOMEN heART MOVEMENT
is a sacred ritual, facilitated in a way to put our body, mind, and soul to work throughout the full flow(before during and after experience).
Since day one, our biggest mission has always been to co-create heart that expands what real beauty looks and feels like, and to share it with the world through the visual realm. Through our collective courage, we soften body dysmorphia (body shame) and the distorted gaze we hold toward our bodies—both for ourselves and for the oneness.
Alongside this, we co-create within a rich tapestry of nature and cultures around the world, offering endless reflections of beauty in diversity (heaven on earth),and—depending on the culture and needs of that land, we may add diverse intentions, such as empowerment through autonomy of movement, play, and embodied freedom (surf, skate, yoga, and more).
Plus, we get to play as we weave together psychotherapy-informed practices, somatics, mindfulness, creative integration, and nature-based healing 🌝 (Scroll below to explore all the practices held within this full ritual)

intention and attention setting (directed awareness),
channeled guided meditations (divine presence),
breath and energy “work”, alongside connection to nature’s energy (your vital force, aka chi, prana, shakti),
conscious movement through play, dance, and/or mudras (somatic, nervous-system–based practices),
emotional awareness through embodiment and mindfulness (supporting the creation of new neural pathways),
gentle exposure, radical acceptance, and courage (heart opener),
plus all the in-between breakthroughs that cannot be planned — one must stay open to receive.
